I was skeptical about working out at home, but these bands have changed my routine completely. The soft, non-slip material actually stays put during squats and rows, and the three levels let me scale up without buying another set.
The three resistance levels are perfect for progressing without thinking too hard, and the non-slip grip stayed put during my sweaty home workout. I’ve already swapped the light for the medium on leg day and it’s made a real difference.
The fabric of the medium band is surprisingly soft against my skin, and it doesn't budge during my squats. I've got all three levels set up by my desk now, so I can squeeze in a quick burn whenever I have five minutes.
