Took these on a weekend trip and they barely took up any room in my carry-on, which was a huge win. Swapping between the three resistance levels mid-workout kept things challenging without needing to fiddle with a gym setup.

The three resistance levels are perfect for easing into a routine or pushing harder as you progress. I've been using them in my living room before work and they're quick to set up, so there's really no excuse to skip a day.

Took these on vacation and used them in the hotel room every morning—the light band is great for warm-ups while the heaviest one really challenges my glutes. They’re compact enough to toss in a carry-on, and swapping levels between sets keeps the routine from getting stale.
