I was skeptical about the lumbar support part, but after a week of wearing it during my shifts, the lower-back fatigue is noticeably reduced. The copper strip adds a firm pressure without digging in, and I do feel the sweat increase around my waist during workouts.
The copper strip sits flush against my lower back, and I can feel it working even during a short walk. Three weeks in, my waistband is noticeably looser and the lumbar support makes sitting at my desk far less painful.
I was skeptical about the sweat-boosting claims, but after wearing it through a few workouts, my waist definitely feels tighter and more defined. The slim copper weave is surprisingly flexible too, so it didn't dig into my ribs even during long sitting stretches at my desk.
