I’ve been wearing it for a couple of hours each day and the core support really does encourage me to sit up straighter at my desk. The fabric holds its shape without rolling down, which has been my biggest win so far.

Three weeks in and my posture is noticeably better at my desk job — the compression hits right at the core without digging in, even during long wear. I take it off for workouts but love how it smooths my silhouette under dresses.

The compression is firm but not unbearable, and I can feel my core engaging just from normal sitting and standing. Wore it for a few hours around the house and my posture definitely stayed straighter. It’s doing its job for waist definition so far.
