1 Slaap Slank Thee (30 zakjes)
It’s been three weeks and my bedtime routine finally feels calm—the anxiety that used to keep me wired just melts away about 20 minutes after my cup. What really sold me is that I wake up clear-headed instead of groggy, which I never got from other sleepy teas.
I’ve been drinking it about 30 minutes before bed for two weeks now, and the anxiety that used to keep my brain spinning just isn’t there anymore. I actually fall asleep faster and wake up feeling rested, not groggy like with other sleep aids.
The first night I tried it, I woke up feeling genuinely rested instead of groggy, which never happens with other teas. The metabolism boost is subtle but noticeable—my afternoon slump is gone and I’ve stopped reaching for that second coffee.
