Three weeks in and I’m actually noticing my afternoon snack cravings are way quieter, plus my digestion feels smoother after meals. The tea bags brew up a mild, earthy flavor that’s easy to sip without adding anything.

Chloe H. ★★★★★ Sep 1, 2026

The evening cup has become my favorite part of the day—my digestion feels smoother and I'm not reaching for snacks after dinner anymore. The 30-bag pack lasted me a full month, which makes the subscription feel genuinely worthwhile.

Three weeks in and I’m down a few pounds without feeling like I’m starving, which never happened with other teas. The 30-bag supply lasts me a full month, and my digestion has been noticeably smoother since I started drinking a cup after dinner.
