I was skeptical about the combo approach, but pairing the waist trainer with the Crave Control actually kept me on track all afternoon without the usual snack attacks. The hourglass silhouette is noticeable right after taking it off, which is a nice confidence boost.
Waist training usually feels like a chore, but this hourglass kit actually stays put and the Crave Control cuts my afternoon snack urge dead. I’m three weeks in and my midsection already looks smoother in jeans.
I was skeptical about the combo, but pairing the waist trainer with the crave control tablets finally stopped my 3pm snack attacks. After two weeks, my stomach feels noticeably flatter and my jeans button up easier.
