The thermal fabric actually keeps me warm during workouts, which helps me break a sweat faster. The adjustable waist trainer part is easy to tighten on my own, and it stays put even when I bend or sit. The free gel was a nice bonus for post-workout firming.

The adjustable straps let me dial in the exact compression I wanted, and the thermal fabric kept me comfortably warm during my whole workout. I wore it under a dress for a few hours too and it stayed put without rolling down. It's a solid two-in-one that actually feels like it's doing something.

The thermal fabric really does its job—I could feel the heat working the entire time I wore it. The two-in-one setup with the adjustable straps makes it easy to get a snug, customized fit that stays put.
