ชุดร้อนทั่วร่างกาย

The cincher stays put through squats and burpees, which I doubted at first, and the arm wraps add a burn I can actually feel mid-set. My whole upper body sweats evenly now, and the fabric breathes better than my old neoprene gear.

The arm wraps and cincher really make you feel the burn in those specific spots, which is exactly the targeted training vibe I was after. I wore them for a quick home session and was genuinely dripping by the end, so if you're looking to sweat harder in a focused area, this kit delivers.

I was skeptical that targeted sweat zones would actually work, but the cami’s compression is seriously snug and the arm bands stay put through a full HIIT session. Twenty minutes in and I’m drenched exactly where I wanted to be, which feels like a cheat code for a real full-body burn.
